I just noticed something amazing.. Entrecard is being sold on Sitepoint.
In case you didn’t know, Entrecard is an ad-network which lets you place a widget on your site, available for other people to rent. You can also rent the widget on other peoples sites.
Go ahead and buy it, if you can afford it. It’s gonna be a nice business. The starting bid is just $100 000 and the reserve is under a million.

EDIT: Graham decided not to sell it seeing the support of the entire blogging community and he’s working on revamping it and we’ll soon see the second coming of Entrecard

for the one that is going to buy it, that’s going to be a gamble. especially that the competition in advertising business is gargantuan in nature. and also, one must ask, why are they selling it anyway? that’s a big factor to consider.

This is very interesting sale. It might tell something about site. Maybe it is going downside. Also that could be a reason why he decided to rewamp it at the end.
